What a Good Start, Sir!

Although it’s just your first assignment as officer-in-charge/principal, you have already proven worth commending performance. Despite of limited financial resources and school funds, you were able to motivate the school personnel and stakeholders to look for all possible means of improving the school infrastructure most especially, the classrooms. Not to mention everything, we are very delighted on some of the highlights of school physical improvements: reinstallation of the school canteen, color-coded painting of the desks and armchairs, installation of guidance office, redevelopment of the H.E. Room for the excellent implementation of the PAGCOR Feeding Program, and others. We are likewise awfully proud on the almost three hundred increase of number of enrolment, fast and efficient office services, enhancing the teachers’ commitment and performance in the teaching-learning process, curriculum improvements, raising parents’ attendance and participation in school activities, and most of all, leading through example.
The improvements seen in our school is quite way far from your four months of stay. The CES community is indeed overwhelmed to what you’ve been doing. What a good start, Sir!
